Karen has been in clinical practice since 1996 & has a wealth of experience working within school systems & home settings with neurodivergent, anxious, & depressed clients. She found her passion working with children & adolescents when she began private practice in 2013. Karen currently works with children & teens & provides parent consultation.

Karen is Floortime trained & utilizes DBT, play & art-based therapies to help children & adolescents navigate social, emotional, & developmental challenges.

Allie has been in clinical practice since 2016 & has experience working with adults & adolescents in private practice, as well as substance use & mental health treatment. Allie currently works with teens & adults & their families. 

Allie specializes in helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, & relationship issues through a direct, attachment-based, & solutions-focused approach. She is intensively trained in DBT & SPACE therapy, as well as addiction therapy. Allie works with adolescents, adults, families, & couples to help them navigate life's challenges. ​

Katie has been in clinical practice since 2023 & has experience working in both substance use & mental health treatment.

Katie works with children, adolescents, young adults, & families to navigate a variety of social, emotional, & behavioral issues. She specializes in helping children & families recover from developmental trauma & substance use disorders using solution-focused, attachment-based, & internal family systems therapeutic approaches. ​​
